Say NO to the Status Quo

Today, I filed a lawsuit against Alexi Giannoulias, Mike Quigley, and Maria Pappas because it's time someone finally stood up and said no more politics as usual in Chicago.

All three of these politicians are on the ballot for their current jobs this November. But they’re also running for mayor of Chicago just 3 months later.

Running for two offices at the same time might be something people have gotten used to around here, but let’s be honest—it's ridiculous and insulting. It games the system and cheats voters.

Chicago voters deserve a mayor who’s serious about getting our city working again. That's not a job you can do if you're not fully committed to ending the corrupt status quo.

In my career, I’ve taken on fights others won’t because someone needs to. That’s why I’m running for mayor.
